Homemade Oatmeal Banana Cookies
Last week a friend of mine gave me a recipe of her healthy oatmeal cookies. We immediately made them together on campus last week. I thought they were so good, that I walked to make them myself again this weekend. The idea to photograph each step made me happy. So here it is: Sascha’s recipe for ‘oatmeal banana cookies’! And guess what? They’re not only super healthy, but also super cheap to make!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100 grams of oats
- 30 grams of raisins
- 10 grams of cocoa nibs
- Optional: 1 tbsp of honey
- Optional: cinnamon
Step 3: Take 30 grams of raisins. I didn’t have a scale on hand so I just estimated the amount. I’m bad at estimating so don’t judge me ;) |
Step 4: Take your bananas and mash them. |
Step 5: Add your dry ingredients to your mashed bananas and mix. Step 6: Add honey and cinnamon if desired. |
Nutrition information for 1 cookie: (I got 18 small cookies out of this recipe)45 calories | 1g fats | 8,4g carbs | 1g fiber | 1.2g protein
When my mother tasted one she asked me if I had put any sugar in there. No mom, they're all clean! I hope you'll all enjoy this recipe and let me know if you'll try it! |
that sounds and looks delicious (and very healthy) ! :)
